Precorso circolare dalla piazza di San Bartolomeo a Certosa su asfalto, strada del Vallone del Cavallo fino al gias Sottano del Baus dell'Ula e quindi deviazione sul sentiero che porta alla cresta sopra la grangia certosina di San Michele.</p>
<p>
Discesa a San Paolo e rientro a San Bartolomeo lungo il sentiero "naturalistico" nei pressi della pista di fondo.</p>
