Does the gift card have an expiry date?

Yes, the person you are giving the EXPLORER subscription to will have 12 months to activate it.

What happens if the gift card recipient already has an EXPLORER subscription?

Their subscription will be extended by one year from the expiry date of the current subscription.

How do I know if the gift card has been received and used correctly?

As soon as the recipient uses their gift card and activates their EXPLORER subscription, you will receive an email to let you know.

How do I redeem my gift card?

If you have received an email containing the gift card, click on the link that will take you to the activation page. You will then need to sign in to your OpenRunner account or create an account. Then, confirm the activation of the gift card to start your EXPLORER subscription. If you have received a file containing the gift card, type the URL of the link provided and follow the activation process, as described above.
