	Da Chiusa Pesio prendere in direzione di Montefallonio, deviare verso la località "Peschiere" ed iniziare la salita verso il colletto di Pradeboni. Dal Colletto attraversare la strada asfaltata e seguire il percorso delle boragte di Pradeboni fino alle "Musce" (1080 m), qui inizia la discesa verso la Truna e poi in direzione "Cabane" - VIgna. Prima di entrare in Vigna si gira a sinistra e si prende la sterrata che porta a Lungaserra. </p>
<p>
	Si torna poi a Chiusa Pasio su strada asfaltata.</p>
