Bandol, Ollioules par derrière Mercedes, Les Gorges, Chemin Brigitte,avant le Beausset à droite pour monter au circuit par le chemin de Baro Nuecho, au stop à droite pour passer derrière le circuit, Signes, Méounes, vallée du Gapeau, Signes, Le Camp, ravitaillement (idem à Poly Ste Beaume) à droite vers le grand Palun, pont de la Malissonne, à gauche La Cadière village, retour à Bandol par le chemin de l'Argile.
