      départ place de l'école de Luzenac de Moulis ,Engomer par la rive droite du Lez,Chapelle St Michel , descente vers Alas, sentier de Campusan, Croix , retour par les Vignau à Engomer, Pouech, plca de l'école : 12 km.
Option au Vignau d'Engomer + 4Km  vers sentier qui monte sur Paracoch et descente vers Chateau du Pouech.
