Au départ de l'Office de Tourisme de Fontvieille, ce circuit suit les principaux vestiges de l'aqueduc romain provenant du nord des Alpilles, pour arriver à la meunerie romaine située dans le vallon des Arcs. Le retour vers Fontvieille s'effectue à travers bois jusqu'au moulin Saint-Pierre dit "Moulin de Daudet". Il ne reste alors que quelques centaines de mètres pour retourner à l'Office de Tourisme.
