depart du 8/8 direction solidor, puis les bas sablons, les murs, la digue jusqu'a surf school, puis retour courtoiville, les cottages, tunnel sncf, marville , le velodrome,la grand anguille , eglise st jean, la balue, et retour 8/8</p>
