Partie 1 en commun - La Teste - MIOS par BALANOS - Traversée de la Leyre et à droite pour rejoindre la D3 - Après 600, quitter la D3 par la GAUCHE (km 21,5 POINT A) (ARRET pour briefing)
SEPARATION 1 
- Gpe1 -P22 - Sur 10 km en INTENSITE - Suivre rte de Caze jusqu'au Km24 (point B) puis TOUT DROIT rte de CRAQUE - rte de CRASTALIS - LILLET - A DROITE et A GAUCHE AU FEU pour prendre rte de la SAYE puis de CARCAGNON et revenir sur D3 à DROITE et A GAUCHE à PEYLAHON sur rte de BLANQUETTE, PETCHAM et HOURCET ------ (Point C) ARRET POUR REGROUPEMENT DE TOUS à l'intersection (km34) de la route allant à ARGILAS 
- Gpe2 -P22bis : Sur 6,5 km - Suivre rte de La Caze (jusqu'au km 24 Point B) puis à droite rte de REGANEAU, à GAUCHE sur la D3 et à PEYLAHON à GAUCHE gauche sur rte de BLANQUETTE, PETCHAM et HOURCET ------ (Point C) ARRET POUR REGROUPEMENT DE TOUS à l'intersection (km30,5) de la route allant à ARGILAS et se retrouveront devant les "combattants" en réduit la distance de 3,5km environ
REGROUPEMENT et allure tranquille sur 28,5 km
 ARGILAS - LA BARP - LAVIGNOLE - SALLES - LILLET (feu) (km63)
 - Gp2 rentre directement MIOS, Balanos et LA TESTE (dist de 84 km)
 - Gp1 à DROITE au feu de LILLET rte de REGANEAU et toujours tout droit rte de LAGNET, ch des DOUILS et à DROITE sur D216 et à GAUCHE rte de la MOULASSE à GAUCHE à CANAULEY - MIOS puis retour LA TESTE par Balanos
