départ du parking du restaurant Auberge du Lac, puis, Monthérault. A l'ancienne gare, prendre le chemin tout droit; au bout,  traverser la passerelle,  puis entrer dans les bois de l'Aubrée (=Chay) zig-zag dans les bois ; puis retour ver la passerelle prendre le 1° chemin droit à gauche ver le nord  puis à droite vers le point de départ.
Pas évidant de retrouver le tracé = à repérer avec un vélo +++
