      Parcours reconnu le 19 avril avec Annie en assistance.
- Pour y aller passer le pont de Cadenet puis au rond point prendre la D973Y  direction Lauris
- Après quelques kms au rond point sur la D973Y prendre la direction Fontenille puis au rond point suivant (station Avia) reprendre la direction Fontenille
- à la patte d'oie prendre le chemin de Bonnieux sur la droite
monter jusqu'à l'embranchement sur la gauche du chemin de Recaute (banc devant l'arbre)
Parking du départ
Portage au 3ème km jusqu'au col dur mais pas impossible
Vue sur la tour Philippe 
4 singles D3+
Pause au km9 à Bonnieux
