Pour le petit parcour, idem jusqu'a Silfiac puis rejoindre Plélauff par la D764 puis D76 et enfin Gouarec soit 54 kms.
Pour le grand circuit,a Bobes prendre Seglien puis Langouelan et rejoindre le circuit initial jusqu'a Plouguernevel.A la sortie de la commune tourner a droite pour faire la boucle vers Plélauff.A Gouarec faire la boucle vers Laniscat et enfin St Gelven pour rejoindre le circuit vers Mur de Bretagne.Soit 79 kms.
