Pour le grand cicuit à Guéméné prendre Lignol ,Saint Hervezn ,Ploerdut et rejoindre Langoelan sur le circuit initial soit 72 kms.
Pour le petit circuit,A Kerbedic prendre St Laurent et Silfiac. Prendre a droite vers Cleguérec,Boduic ,Kerdréan ,Trébéien et le Corboulot sur le circuit initial,soit 51 kms.
