      Au nord de l'Arzière zone de tranquilité : ne pas sortir des sentiers autorisés.
Au début possibilité de partir par la Givrine (et non le col)et avant la Genolière  d'aller à la cabane du Carroz.
Cabane des électriciens au Creux Devant (km10) près du mont Sala.
A la fin  possibilité de descendre sur Bois d'Amont
