      Ce parcours emprunte une vieille piste appelée "piste des allemands" au départ de Parentis. Aujourd'hui mieux vaut emprunter le tracé de la Vélodyssée. 
Il y a aussi un ferry à prendre pour traverser la Gironde du Verdon (10 km après Soulac-Sur-Mer)et Royan
