      Au départ de Galtür, la randonnée emprunte sur une bonne partie le Paznauer Höhenweg. Après être passé devant la Larein Alpe où on peut se restaurer, elle monte au très joli Berglisee. Petit mais assez fréquenté ... Puis direction Ausser Bergli avant d'entamer la descente, longue et raide, à travers la forêt jusqu'à Mathon. Retour à Galtür avec le Postbus. Une rando sympa, sans difficulté particulière.
