      Luz St Sauveur (parking à gauche après traversée du batan) - Gèdre (12 km - 346 m) - à gauche vers le cirque de Troumouse jusqu'au parking (25 km - 1166 m ; restau possible), puis continuer 3 km sur la route fermée aux voitures (28 km - 1426 m) - redescendre à Gèdre (37,6 km - 1426 m) - prendre à gauche vers Gavarnie (47 km - 1728 m ; restau possible) - col de Tentes (60 km - 2560 m) - retour à Luz St Sauveur (91 km - 2560 m)
