Départ devant l'Office de Tourisme, prendre la direction de Fontépaisse puis des Rimets, poursuivre en sous-bois et atteindre les Massières. De là un aller-retour est possible jusqu'a la Grotte de Frochet . Le retour sur St Jean en Royans s'effectue en suivant Sous Frochet, Les Basses Massières et Abisset. </p>
