Départ depuis le parking les Sardoches (Le Bouchet-Mont-Charvin), aller-retour jusqu'à l'alpage du Freu. Beau panorama. (Restaurant fermé en 2026). 
Rando effectuée en 2019 et 2022 par la commission montagne.
