Le parcour est plat et parsemé de petites côtes qui permet de se mettre en jambes.Vous allez rouler sur les bords de l'Isère du côté de Saint-Nazaire et au milieu des noyeraies en allant vers Saint-Romans. Dans la plaine, le vent est quelquefois de la partie, devenant tantôt un allié, tantôt un adversaire. Le retour sur Saint-Jean se fait par de petites grimpettes champêtres.</p>
