Il s'agit d'un parcours pour les coureur sur asphalte...pour ceux qui préfère courrir sur terrain naturel, il existe une quantité considérable de sentiers dans les Mont d'Or.
Le tracé ne privilégie pas le passage par les \"cabornes\", cabane en pierre sèche caractéristique des Mont d'Or.
Il s'agit plutôt d'un tracé vélo!
