Parcours en grande majorité sur les chemins et sentiers, souvent dans les bois et peu sur la route. Très agréable en été mais potentiellement boueux en période hivernale dans certains secteurs après le passage de tracteurs, des chaussures bien cramponnées et des bâtons peuvent alors être utiles. Deux montées bien pentues dans les premiers kilomètres mais le reste est très abordable.
