Parcours de trail au plus prés du tracé du train qui reliait Valognes à Barfleur puis Barfleur à Cherbourg (Le Tue Vaques) il y a un siècle. On évite au maximum le bitume sans trop s'écarter du tracé. Les POI sont les gares ou points remarquables avec un lien internet pour avoir des informations et des vues d'époque.
