<p>Jour 1 : Barrois, 90km jusqu'à St-Mihiel. Vallée de la Saulx, Ligny-en-Barrois, Commercy</p>
<p>Jour 2 : Côtes de Meuse jusqu'à Charny sur Meuse (95-100km), passage à Montsec, Hattonchâtel, Verdun et au Douaumont.</p>
<p>Jour 3 : Argonne et vallée de la Meuse jusqu'à Sedan (100km) ou Charleville (120km)</p>
<p>Jour 4 : Porcien jusqu'à Laon (105 à 125km)</p>
