<p>Il quarto giorno si lascia la Basilicata per passare in Campania. Partenza da Castelgrande passando per Pescopagano, Sant'Andrea di Conza, Castelnuovo di Conza, San Mauro, Quaglietta, Bagni di Contursi, per salire verso Campagna e arrivo a Postiglione.</p>
