<p>Boulevard Kennedy, partez sur la droite, direction Fréjus (par D7 puis D8).<br />
Rejoignez Saint Raphael, longez les calanques par D559 jusqu'à Théoule sur Mer D6098.<br />
Suivez Mandelieu la Napoule et bifurquez sur D6007 pour rejoindre l'intérieur du massif de l'Estérel.</p>
<p>Grimpez le col du Testanier (311m) que vous descendrez par DN7.<br />
retour via Fréjus (D8, puis D7)</p>
