<p>Il dislivello è tutto nei primi 40 chilometri dato che partendo da Roma si sale verso Castel Gandolfo, poi sali e scendi verso Albano ed Ariccia, quindi salitina verso Genzano e salita (opzionale) verso Nemi; da qui un po' di mangia e bevi e quindi discesona verso Velletri, poi falsopiano a scendere fino a Cisterna di Latina ed infine pianura fino al mare.</p>
