      <p>Départ au sud du hameau des Ruines. après avoir traversé une pâture, on se retrouve le long des cascades du bief de la Ruines, la source se situe à 200 mètres, on suit les cascades jusqu&#39;au belvedère qui donne sur les gorges de malvaux. on poursuit un chemin peu marqué jusqu&#39;à Foncine le bas, puis l&#39;on remonte en direction du hameau des ruines</p>
