      <p>Grand circuit-  1800 m de dénivelé positif.</p>

<p>Trois cotes remarquables au départ de chacun des ponts supendus avec celle du pont de la  Devèze jusqu&#39;à Paulhenc réguliere comme entrée en matière , du pont de Tréboul à cantoin plus difficile qui vous laissera des traces au cas ou vous voudriez en terminer rapidement et celle du pont de Phalip à Valon de  8km venant conclure la randonnée  qu&#39;il faudra aborder avec prudence malgré un 6% de moyenne. </p>
