<p>Pause méridienne à l'entrée d'Alban (km 33,2).</p>
<p>Intérêt : la vallée du Tarn, Brousse-le-Château.</p>
<p>Commerces : boulangerie "Au petit four" à Réalmont (sur la gauche en arrivant au centre-ville – ouvre à 7h00 – parking après à gauche et à droite – les autres courses sont à faire la veille).</p>
