<p>L'ascension de ce sommet mythique du Pays Basque est un passage obligé pour tout adepte de la randonnée. Le parking correspondant au départ du parcours étant surchargé, nous avons dû nous garer à 500 mètres en retrait. Entre le km 7 et le km 8, notre passage hors balisage, suit un sentier tracé par les animaux au milieu des fougères. il peut s'éviter en suivant le GR 10 à cheval sur la frontière. </p>
