Au départ du village de Langlade ce parcours ne présente aucune grande difficulté si ce n'est la montée vers l'Oppidum de Nages qui est tout de même accessible à des randonneurs moyens. Les vestiges très anciens ainsi que le moulin à vent, agrémentent cette randonnée très agréable.
