Super Parcours, un peu de côtes au début voir plus, de superbes vues sur l'estuaire pour ceux qui ne courent pas trop vite, des sentiers le long de ruisseau, un peu de plat quand la fatigue se fait sentir et l'arrivée sur le stade ou il faut absolument courir. Parfait
