départ arrêté depuis le bas (au poteau) tout schuss jusqu'en haut (au carrefour) (premier chrono à mémoriser)</p>

descente tranquille</p>
<p>
deuxième départ, 8 minutes après l'arrivée du premier chrono</p>

arrivée en haut, deuxième chrono</p>
<p>
On cumule les deux temps et on extrapole sa cote rodio</p>
