Partenza da Visso lungo la valnerina. Svolta a sx verso Prteci, Forca di Ancarano. Discesa a Norcia e risaluta fino alla Forca Canapine, discesa ad arquata del Tronto e risalita lungo i 12 km della Forca di Presta. Poi Castelluccio, Forca di Guaro e ridiscesa a Castelsantangelo sul Nera. Comodo ritorno a Visso in falsopiano a scendere.
