      Descente sur Pont du Roussel (5.7kms), montée à l'ESPINASSE, descente par LAZONES, LONGUEVILLE, pont du GOURNIER (13.2 kms) ; on rejoint le Gué de la Mare aux Grenouilles (14.2 kms), le GR4 nous amène à THINES (15.6kms) : visite incontournable ! puis remontée vers la BLACHERETTE par sentier de pays (on quitte le GR4) 18.8 kms. Direction le col de l'Echelette (22.4 kms) puis on retrouve le GR4 de la voie romaine : la BOMBINE, la FOUETTE et MONTSELGUES
