Partenza dal Viale Kennedy di Lido di Camaiore; la parte iniziale del percorso sarà pianeggiante percorrendo il viale a mare che vi condurrà fino a Forte dei marmi fino poi raggiungere l'abitato di Strettoia. La salita della Fortezza servirà per rompere il fiato, subito seguita dall'ascesa per Pasquilio-Biancolino che si concluderà nell' abitato di San Carlo dove sarà posto il punto ristoro.
